Plutus Development is a fully integrated real estate investment and development company with projects in the GTA and Florida. At Plutus Development, we provide a full spectrum of services over the lifecycle of a project as an investment and asset manager as well as development and construction manager.
Our Process
We are a Tarion registered developer and asset manager that is committed to delivering high-quality, high impact investments, that over the past decade has grown from a small construction company to an entity with residential projects ranging from ultra-luxury residences and townhomes to condominium projects in Ontario and Florida. As an asset manager, we actively source real estate opportunities and manage the projects for and on behalf of our investors as an asset manager and a partner. As a development manager, we provide vertically integrated development and construction management to real estate projects across all asset classes
Capital Preservation
We take capital preservation and realistic targets and returns very seriously and as such, 100% of our investors continue to invest with us after the completion of their first investment life cycle.
ESG
We evaluate every opportunity with the ESG lens front and centre. We also scrutinize our own business and business practices under the same lens. As a result, we have reduced our carbon footprint since 2020 by reducing our office space and utilizing cutting technology to create a true remote, decentralized workplace that is efficient.
